We receive a high volume of calls and complaints and strive to respond to all non-urgent messages within 2-3 business days.
After the initial intake, it will generally take 7-10 business days before we are able to provide further information on the assessment of your intake. The time it takes to assess an intake may take longer depending on the facts and circumstances.
If we deem an intake to be urgent, someone in our department will attempt to contact you within 24 hours.
